Treatment Outline

Derma Frost Peel is a Salicylic Acid peel that is lipid soluble making it great for oily acneic skin. The Salicylic Peel is excellent for improving skin tone, removing whiteheads and blackheads, blotchy pigmentation, and large pores.

The peel also helps repair sun damaged skin, pigmentation and deep wrinkling and loss of elasticity to the skin.

During the procedure, a warming and stinging sensation will be experienced with little or moderate discomfort, however, following the treatment smoothness and tightness is felt on the skin immediately.

Candidates

Circadia’s Dermafrost peel is gentle, safe and suitable for most skin types. Lactic Acid is not only effective for lessening the appearance of hyperpigmentation but is also considered hydrating.

With this peel clients should expect peeling.

This peel is offered in 12.5% and 25% concentration.

Who should not have Enzymes?
Contraindications:
  • Asprin or salicylic sensitivity – IMPORTANT
  • History of “cold sores”
  • Pregnant or Nursing
  • History of being “highly allergic”
  • Antibiotics – topical or systemic
  • Broken skin
  • Expected Results

    The immediate result is that your skin feels smooth and tight prior to the peeling. An at home skincare regieme is to be followed which will be explained in salon and sun screen must be worn everyday.

    The DermaFrost peel can be performed in a series of three sessions spaced four weeks apart allowing for epidermal regeneration.
